McDaniel College has established a scholarship program for McDaniel Budapest students to facilitate their transfer to Westminster for the upper two years to enable them to complete their studies at the home campus in the United States at a reasonable cost. The financial aid awards (reflected in the special tuition rate for McDaniel Budapest students) is made on a one-year basis, and is renewable if the student has maintained the required academic standing. The minimum requirement for any financial aid granted to students transferring to Westminster is an overall Grade Point Average of at least 2.00 at the end of the 2nd academic year. In addition, each year, McDaniel awards one or two full tuition scholarships to McDaniel Budapest students with outstanding academic standing in their class in Budapest. Full exemption from the tuition fee does not, however, include the cost of housing and meals on the main campus.
